Medicare Joe was established to assist senior citizens with their Medicare insurance needs. Every day we are helping individuals across the United States, by educating them about their options as well as providing unique services and resources. We accomplish this through educating and comparing the Pro’s and Con’s of every option so that each client is always in the best position. We take pride in holding our client’s hand through the entire process of enrollment.
We are an independent agency, which means we are not loyal to any one insurance company. We believe in offering what is best for our clients, not the insurance company. Being independent allows us to bring the marketplace right to our client so they don’t have to call every insurance company on their own.

Who is Medicare Joe?
Joseph J. Pate, MBA
Joseph Pate is from a suburban town just outside of Providence, RI. He is the oldest of five siblings and this helped create a foundation for his leadership and work ethic. In 2013, Joseph decided to enter the corporate world. While juggling being a college athlete, student and adviser, Joseph was able to graduate at the top of his class and earned his MBA at Salve Regina University in Newport, RI.
Aside from his educational accomplishments, he became a trusted adviser for families and individuals under the age of 65. Joseph would work with self-employed individuals who needed health and life insurance as well as individuals that were in between jobs. Through his wealth of knowledge in the industry he provided value to his clients. However, Joseph found his true path and calling when he was asked to help a family member in need.
Joseph's grandparents at the time were looking for assistance with getting onto Medicare. Here after hours of learning the process himself, he was able to help them through their enrollment. Witnessing how difficult it was for his grandparents to understand Medicare, he figured there had to be more people just like them that were having difficulty. Joseph then set out on a mission to learn all the "ins and outs" of Medicare. With the demand of seniors needing assistance with their Medicare needs, Joseph felt that he could be an asset to the senior population, and he started Medicare Joe, LLC. Now, he and his team educate seniors daily on the process of signing up for Medicare, how to interpret the different options available when on Medicare and offer FREE "Annual Reviews" to all their clients to make sure they are always in the best position.
Meet Our Team
Matthew Lebeau
SALES MANAGER
Matthew Lebeau has always been a family-oriented person. His
sister, mother and father embodied the concern for loving and caring for others while he was younger. He uses this same concern while he works through his client’s situations to try and find a solution for them.
Matthew has been in the insurance industry since 2016. His
knowledge of insurance products is vast from the continuing education he has completed throughout his career. Matthew started his career in insurance as a Property and Casualty agent. Here he would help folks across the country with their Homeowners
and Auto Insurance policies. Shortly after, Matthew obtained his Health and Life Insurance license when he joined the team at Medicare Joe, LLC. Here he found his true passion of being able to help seniors that were confused with their
Medicare.
Now, Matthew is one of our most trusted advisers. He spends
most of his days educating seniors on how to navigate the world of Medicare. His
conversations with folks range from helping seniors understand the different
parts of Medicare, the enrollment process of getting Medicare, as well as
seeing if seniors can save money for the exact same coverage they have now.
When Matthew is not working to help our country’s greatest
generation, he enjoys being a loyal sports fan and cheering his teams on. He
also enjoys a nice round of golf with his friends on the weekends.
Mark Marino, MBA
AGENCY MANAGER
Mark Marino has embodied the love for people through his ever-growing family. He recently just got married to his wife, Marissa, and is the brother of two sisters. He is a family-oriented person and loves to keep in touch and spend time with all of his nieces and nephews. Mark strives to be a role model by teaching them the value of friendship and loyalty towards one another. He uses this same concern while working through his client’s situations to try and find a solution for them.
Mark began his corporate career back in 2016, after he graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Salve Regina University in Newport, RI. As he worked full time for an insurance company, Mark also was able to complete his Master’s in Business Administration in 2018. Aside from academics and his corporate job, he also helped his father at their family-owned funeral home. Here is where Mark deeply understood the meaning of family and caring for loved ones.
In Mark’s early years of employment, he was in the accounting department. As he watched colleagues on the sales side, he learned that he wanted his purpose to be about helping and assisting people. Shortly after, Mark joined the team at Medicare Joe, LLC. Here is where he was trained to assist and help seniors with their Medicare needs. Now, Mark spends most of his days educating seniors on how to navigate the world of Medicare. His conversations with folks range from helping seniors understand the different parts of Medicare, the enrollment process of getting Medicare, as well as seeing if seniors can save money for the exact same coverage they have now.
When Mark is not working to help our country’s greatest generation, he enjoys going for nature walks with his wife and their Mini Golden-Doodle “Bruin”. He also enjoys cheering on his favorite sports teams, especially the Boston Bruins… hence the dog’s name.
Samuel Milewski
LICENSED HEALTH & LIFE PRODUCER
Samuel Milewski has always been a family-oriented person. Growing up, Samuel lived with his parents, his two sisters, as well as his grandmother. He learned early on how Medicare can impact a person over the age of 65. He uses this same concern while he works through his clients’ situations to try and find a solution for them.
Samuel began his career in the Healthcare Industry in 2021 as an Account Executive for a staffing agency for medical professionals. He helped medical facilities gain new staff to help the growing doctor shortage. Shortly after, Samuel obtained his Health and Life Insurance license when he joined the team at Medicare Joe, LLC. Here, he learned how the Medicare system works and all the plan options that a senior has when aging into Medicare.
Now, Samuel spends his days educating seniors with that same information. His conversations with folks range from helping seniors understand the different parts of Medicare to assisting with them with the enrollment process of getting onto Medicare.
While Sam is not working with the country’s greatest generation, he enjoys playing guitar and playing a round of Golf on the weekends. He also enjoys cheering on his favorite sport teams, especially the Worcester Red Sox.
Charity Dolan
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Charity has spent most of career in leadership and managerial roles. She decided to join our team back at the beginning of 2022 and has quickly grasped a wealth of knowledge on the topic of Medicare. Charity has always put helping people above everything else, from her many years as a Peer Counselor and Drug and Alcohol Counselor, she has provided support to those in need in every job she has held. Helping people in their biggest time of need is what makes her such a valuable team member of Medicare Joe ®.
Charity spends most of her time speaking directly with clients, ensuring that all their customer service issues are handled efficiently and effectively. She also oversees the administrative side of the office whether it is contacting insurance companies or confirming registrations for our live workshops.
While Charity is not working to help our country’s greatest generation, she enjoys some well-deserved family time with her husband, Chris and her grandson Dean. When she is not enjoying local parks, waterslides or other amusements with the family, Charity enjoys crafting and spending quiet time with her cat, Minnie.
Jennifer Witt
RENEWAL SPECIALIST/ ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Jennifer has extensive experience as an office manager from the many years working with her husband and their company. The day-to-day responsibilities led her to have to wear “many hats”, whether it was speaking with clients, contractors, suppliers, etc. Jennifer is from Arkansas and joined the Medicare Joe® team when she moved to Rhode Island to be closer to her children and grandchildren.
Jennifer spends most of her time speaking directly with clients about their renewal premiums. She ensures that they are in the best position and paying the lowest possible price for their plan. If there is a better price in the market for a client, Jennifer will find it. She is an absolute pro, and our clients really enjoy the personable attitude she brings to the conversation.
While Jennifer is not working to help our country’s greatest generation, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Chris. She enjoys reading, baking, and going for hikes with their two miniature schnauzers.
